Deliveries

We will knock or ring door bell and notify you once the delivery has been complete. In the case that no one is home, we will leave the flowers outside in a safe place. Upon delivery, we are not responsible for any damaged items due to weather, theft or circumstances that are out of our control. If delivering to a business, we will leave the flowers at the front desk. Please provide us with the correct address upon ordering for optimal flower delivery. In addition, we will send a text to notify that the delivery has been made.

For bouquet or arrangement orders:
In the case where you'd like to change the color or address of your flower delivery order, please notify us within 4 days of the original order date.

Flower Care

For bouquets:
-Cut 1 inch off the bottom stems of the flowers
-Fill a clean vase with water about 3/4 of the way 
-Mix in flower food and place flowers in vase 
-To ensure water stays clean, remove any leaves that will be under the waterline
-Replace your vase water every 2 days
-Keep flowers away from direct sunlight or ripening fruit

For arrangements:
-Add water to your vase as the flowers drink it up
-Replace the water in your arrangement every 2 - 3 days
-Flush out the old water by running the vase water under the faucet
-Keep flowers away from direct sunlight or ripening fruit
